Business premises damaged by explosions in Amsterdam Nieuw-West | Inland

The explosions, presumably caused by Molotov cocktails, took place in the Lodewijk van Deysselstraat in the night from Friday to Saturday just after midnight. The windows of both buildings were completely smashed. Due to the fire, which was extinguished by the fire service, local residents had to leave their homes for a while. No one was injured.

Police suspect two young men are behind the incident. After the explosions, they ran away in the direction of the Burgemeester van Leeuwenlaan. It is not clear why they targeted these properties.
