The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan revealed that the report was recorded under the number STTLP/B/1356/III/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated March 16, 2022.

Shrimp pond investment lure return of investment and profit in 4 months

Allegations of fraud and embezzlement cases began when Hendy’s company offered to invest in shrimp ponds, with the lure of return on investment, and profits within 4 months.

“Yes, it was reported by (director) Baba Rafi. There has been a police report. The one who reported it is on behalf of Rinto Wardana. According to the reporter’s statement, the offer is within 4 cycles, with a calculation of 1 cycle of 4 months, the victims and witnesses will return their investment,” said Zulpan, Friday (18/3/2022).

In the report, the complainant ensnared the reported party with Article 378 and/or 372 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), as well as Articles 3, 4 and 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU).
