Missions :
You join our Business Law Department within the Legal Department of the CNP Assurances Group.
The Business Law Department currently has nine employees (including the manager) and is responsible for providing advice and support in the establishment and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts and projects, and more generally, its legal expertise in the various company rights for France, with the exception of insurance law, tax law, company law and employment law.
The main areas of intervention of the Business Law Department cover in particular: IT, new technologies and digital projects, financial contracts, supplier contracts, partnerships, real estate, brands and domain names and law competition. This department processes several hundred requests per year for legal advice, review or monitoring of contracts, relating to simple questions or more complex projects.
Your missions will consist of providing help and assistance to the lawyers in the business law department, as needed, on the following main types of work:

Contribute to the follow-up of the negotiation and the drafting of contracts with suppliers (falling within the scope of the service),

Carry out legal research and analysis mainly in business law / contract law, and write the internal notes and summaries of the studies thus carried out,

Participate in the monitoring and updating of standard contracts drawn up by the business law department according to the needs of operational staff and regulatory changes,
-
Contribute to the legal watch of the service, to the writing of legal news articles.
As part of these assignments, you will be required to support lawyers in their regular exchanges with other central functions of the CNP Assurances Group (Purchasing, Compliance, Information Systems, etc.) and the businesses at the origin of the operational needs requiring legal support.
Profile
In order to successfully carry out your assignments, you already have (or are in the process of obtaining) a Master 2 degree in private law, preferably specialized in business / contract law (knowledge of new technology law is a prerequisite). more).
You also have the following professional skills:

At least a first experience of more than three months in a legal department in business law and / or contracts of a company or a law firm,
