What awaits you

  • Accompany the transformation of the traditional insurance world into the digital age
  • Collect, analyze and design our customers’ technical requirements and advise them on the implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Be the contact person for your colleagues in the technical implementation in all project phases regarding specification and implementation of the requirements
  • Create graphics and diagrams to visualize complex issues
  • Develop your know-how and your network to identify needs with empathy and sensitivity and expand our consulting services

This is what we want from you

  • You have successfully completed a master’s degree in mathematics, (business) computer science, business administration, natural or engineering sciences
  • You have in-depth knowledge of business processes in the insurance environment and are interested in technical process modelling and IT processes in the context of insurance-related issues
  • You already have experience in business analysis as well as process and requirements management and have ideally gained initial professional experience in a comparable function
  • You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Fluent German and business-fluent English skills as well as willingness to travel round off your profile
