Your tasks:
• Identify and document business requirements through discussions with stakeholders
• Analyze and improve existing business processes
• Develop solutions to identified problems and ensure that they are both technically and commercially viable
• Act as an interface between different departments, especially between IT and the business areas
• Use data analysis to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Your qualifications:
• Experience as a business analyst
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in private pension provision
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and IT systems, e.g. Miro, Jira, Confluence
• Clear communication, analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills
• Advantageous: IREB and ISTQB certification
• Very good knowledge of German
