Hanwha Group acquired HSD Engine, a company specializing in ship engines, following Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering.
Yesterday (16), Hanwha Impact signed an MOU to acquire a 33% stake in HSD Engine.
HSD Engine, located in Changwon, is one of the world’s largest producers of marine engines and possesses the technology to produce eco-friendly equipment and power generation facilities.
