NEW YORK – Several people were reportedly injured Thursday morning after a bus collided with a subway support column in the Bronx, according to the report.
Authorities said the accident occurred on Jerome Ave., around 11:15 a.m., on Bee-Line Route 20, Norwood section.
Westchester County officials said a car hit the bus, causing it to crash into the steel column of the subway. Images from the Citizen App showed how the front of the bus was smashed.
The county said the driver suffered a minor injury, as did 13 passengers.
The fact is under investigation.
