Kochi: An accident during a race between private buses at Palarivattam. The bus hit and the auto overturned. Auto driver and two passengers were injured in the accident. The accident took place during a race between two buses.
The auto was rammed by a Satvik bus plying Aluva-Idakochi Cheranellur route. Eyewitnesses said that Akshay Alina bus and Satvik bus on the Aluva-Fort Kochi route were competing for a long time. The bus was speeding on the right side to overtake a bus and hit the auto. Both the buses were taken into police custody. Bus drivers Tutu and Aslam were arrested.
