Burnout Paradise Remastered – Nintendo Switch game review

Burnout Paradise on Switch works great

Burnout Paradise Remastered on Switch did not lose anything of the original. It is also a complete version containing all released accessories, including motorcycles. Most importantly, however, the port is great. This means a constant 60 frames with really sporadic, usually imperceptible drops in animation at some moments. Visually, of course, it’s not as good as the version for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but on a small screen, especially at high speeds, the game can still look great. For me, the most important is that it managed to maintain a reasonable balance between the visual layer and the smoothness of the game, which is often lame on Switch. And Burmout Paradise with animation problems would be unplayable. Optimization translating into final fun from fun is therefore the biggest advantage of this production. Technically, it hurts a bit for me not being able to dispense gas, but this is due to the design of the drains in the Nintendo Switch, not the errors or shortcomings of the manufacturers. And it’s a shame that you were not tempted to change the control model – I’d love to try adding gas with the right knob on the console. What is surprising is the lack of touch screen support.
