Saint-Denis-Lanneray. The Burgundy that sticks to the skin of the Shows du Cuivre. After having animated the Festival of the great wines of Burgundy, in Beaune (Côte-d’Or) in November, the banda of the Shows of the copper of Saint-Denis-Lanneray was again seen in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, at the occasion of the 100 e Mid-Lent Festival in Chagny (Saône-et-Loire), last weekend.
For two days, in front of several hundred spectators, the musicians strolled through the streets of this small town of 5,500 inhabitants, alongside carnival floats and other musical groups, including one from Italy.
“The season has started in the best possible way”, welcomes the president, David Desveaux.
The next outings and events of the Copper Shows are being validated, but the band is already requested for 2024, in Beaune.
