When he returned home, he was confronted by a burglar, his arms full of objects. The victim managed to hold him there and alert the police by dialing 17.
As recounted Lyon-Mag, the police arrested the fifty-year-old. On him a screwdriver used to gain entry through the kitchen window was found.
The stolen objects belonged to different people, all identified thanks to the work of investigators according to the regional daily.
The burglar, already known to the police, admitted his guilt while in police custody. Imprisoned during the Christmas period, he was to be tried in immediate appearance this Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
