the celebrations will kick off at 11:00 AM at Atanas sirekov square with the ⁤ritual of raising the national flag of Bulgaria,​ alongside the ⁤flags of the European Union and the Municipality of Burgas. This will ​be ⁣followed by⁢ a ⁣thanksgiving ⁢ceremony for‍ the prosperity of free Burgas.‍

At 11:30 AM, the ⁤focus shifts to the⁤ monument to those killed⁤ in the ⁢Russo-Turkish Liberation War.
