Berlin (SID) – Bundesliga soccer team Union Berlin can also rely on the services of captain Christopher Trimmel (34) in the future. The Köpenicker extended the contract with the right-back from Austria, which expired at the end of the season. Union did not provide any information about the duration of the agreement.
Trimmel moved to Berlin in 2014 and made promotion to the Bundesliga with the club in 2019. “For us it is about establishing Union in the Bundesliga and adding more to the first two seasons. That is and will remain a demanding task that I am happy to face,” said Trimmel.
