Bundesliga soccer club VfL Bochum will continue to work together with its main sponsor Vonovia SE – regardless of league affiliation. As the Westphalians, who are at risk of relegation, announced on Wednesday, the commitment will continue. VfL did not announce the exact term.

The Bochum DAX company has been adorning the shirt front since 2021 and also holds the naming rights to the Ruhr Stadium. “It is a strong commitment on the part of our long-term partner, a commitment to VfL and of course to the city of Bochum, whose colors we wear,” said Bochum’s CEO Hans-Peter Villis.
