Munich took the lead in the 37th minute through a goal by Choupo-Moting. Leipzig equalized in the second half. Goal scorer in the 52nd minute was Marcel Halstenberg.
Bayern Munich will remain at the top of the table for the time being, while Leipzig is currently in third place.
