Leader of the table Red Bull Salzburg is lending the next high-class reservists to New York after Carlos Coronel. Midfielder Youba Diarra will join the New York Red Bulls on loan until the end of the year and will therefore play under Gerhard Struber in the future.

After Carlos Coronel, Youba Diarra is also leaving the league leaders Red Bull Salzburg on loan and will also join the partner club from New York. The 22-year-old midfielder from Mali will sign a loan deal with the New York Red Bulls until the end of 2021.
Diarra has been under contract with Salzburg since January 2018 and has since been awarded to SC Wiener Neustadt, TSV Hartberg and last season to Germany to FC St. Pauli. The Red Bull Salzburg professional team has not yet made an appearance. After a cruciate ligament rupture, the midfielder was recently back in training and should now collect important match practice in New York.
