The sports court of the DFB has sentenced several clubs from the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga to fines for misconduct by the respective fans.
Second division Hamburger SV has to pay the highest sum: The north Germans were fined 107,525 euros after the away game in Kiel had to be interrupted for ten minutes in April.
Several pyrotechnic objects were ignited and two rockets fired from the HSV block, and a supporter threw a filled plastic cup in the direction of substitute Faride Alidou. The club has to pay another 1,800 euros for a pyro offense by its fans at the away game in Ingolstadt.
Space storm: Stuttgart has to pay
Bundesliga club VfL Bochum was fined 45,000 euros. Up to 15,000 euros of this can be used “for security or violence prevention measures”. At the end of April, a firecracker, at least 30 Bengali fires and flares were lit in the guest block during the away game in Dortmund. One of the missiles landed in the square in the center circle area.
VfB Stuttgart and SC Freiburg each have to pay 15,000 euros: In Stuttgart, the fans stormed the field after staying up in mid-May, in the Freiburg fan block Bengal fires were lit in the DFB Cup semi-final game in Hamburg. Second division side Hansa Rostock was fined 125 euros for throwing a cup at the coaches’ bench during the away game in Regensburg.
