/ world today news/ The student Tsvetan Naydenov won the award for the best foreign language film in the category of experimental cinema at the 10th International Student Film Festival – Hollywood. Tsvetan Naydenov is a third-year student at NATFIZ in the movement theater and pantomime class of Prof. Alexander Iliev.
In addition to the award-winning “Choice” in the official selection of 69 titles chosen from nearly 300 applicants, there is another film by Tsvetan Naydenov – “World”.
Love and war are the themes of the five-minute tape, which is spoken in Bulgarian, English, Japanese and Spanish. Catchphrases and thoughts of famous personalities such as Herodotus and the Dalai Lama are “embedded” in the film.
Tsvetan Naydenov is a director, screenwriter, editor and one of the operators. The other operator is Simeon Simeonov, and both are also the authors of the idea. Not the International Student Film Festival – Hollywood is attended by producers from the largest film companies such as Paramount and Warner.
