From January 2, 2024, the Bulgarian National Bank will put into circulation gold commemorative coins on the theme “Holy Mother of God – Golden Apple” with denominations of 10, 20, 50 and 100 BGN, dariknews.bg reported.
This is clear from the website of the central bank. The 100-lev coin will be sold for 5,057 leva, and the prices of the others fall relative to their face value.
In the period from January 2 to 4 inclusive, anyone can buy up to 2 coins of each type from the BNB cash registers, after which the coins will be sold without restrictions.
They will also be made available for sale to several commercial banks.
