Bulgarian authorities apprehend students who made bogus bomb alerts in schools – DarikNews.bg

They are schoolgirls from Sliven and Nova Zagora submitted two malicious alerts for planted explosive devices in schools. This is reported by the police.

After verification no real threat identified.

New bomb threats against schools in the country

In Sliven, the report was submitted by a student in the 7th grade, received via SMS to a teacher.

Four girls, students in the 5th grade, filed the report in Nova Zagora by calling 112.

They explained their actions to the law enforcement authorities with their reluctance to attend classes.

All have been questioned together with their parents.

Work on the cases continues. Inspectors from the Children’s Pedagogical Room work with the children.


A new series of bomb threats closed schools in Sofia and the country

We remind you that on Tuesday a number were received reports of bomb threats in schools across the country. So far, these have been received in educational institutions in Stara Zagora, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Dobrich, Plovdiv, Pleven, Yambol, Sliven, Nova Zagora and Sofia.
