S In a letter to a number of institutions and media, Prime Minister Gulab Donev called for a sign of solidarity with the peoples of Turkey and Syria, with the Bulgarian national flag on administrative buildings being lowered to half-mast.

The Prime Minister’s letter has been sent to the National Assembly, the President of Bulgaria, all ministries, the Ombudsman, the Audit Chamber, the National Bank of Ukraine, regional governors, mayors of municipalities and regions, BNT and BNR, state agencies and state commissions, executive agencies, as well as the administrative structures established by law.
