This means that the budget used later can come from Unexpected Expenditures (BTT).

Therefore, Dr. Arya said that his party would immediately apply for funds to Buleleng Regency Government.

“The Regional Secretary has given the green light to submit. So maybe the budget given comes from BTT,” he said.
