Bukopin Sets Target to Become a Digital Bank

“To realize this hope, KB Bukopin must come up with a new image and positioning as a bank that has strong IT strength and reliability such as digital banking,” he said in an official statement, Tuesday (22/6).

As the new President Director of KB Bukopin, Chang has a high enough enthusiasm and commitment to bring KB Bukopin to transform into a leading bank in Indonesia that is able to provide easy and convenient services and transforms into a major IT bank player.

“After my appointment, I will strive to bring the company into a strong IT main player so that it can provide satisfaction to all Bukopin KB customers,” he said.

Chang Su Choi is not a new figure at KB Bukopin, previously Chang held the position of Commissioner to become a representative of KB Kookmin Bank. The capabilities and competencies of Chang as the largest banker in South Korea.

During his tenure as Commissioner of KB Bukopin, including overseeing and supporting management decisions in an effort to normalize and progress the company after being hit by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic since March 2020.

Chang said that since three years ago he had served as Managing Director of Global Business at Kookmin Bank, so he focused on developing business outside the South Korean region, including in Indonesia.
