Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) decided to distribute 100% of the company’s net profit in 2021 entirely as dividends.
This is one of the results of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held today, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
“The shareholders approved the use of 100 percent of the company’s net profit of Rp 7.9 trillion as dividends,” said PTBA President Director Arsal Ismail.
In addition to the determination of net income, the approval of the annual report, the ratification of the consolidated financial statements, the approval of the supervisory report of the board of commissioners, the ratification of the annual report and the implementation of the company’s social and environmental responsibility program for the 2021 financial year.
Also the stipulation of bonuses for the company’s directors and board of commissioners for the 2021 financial year and salaries/honorariums along with facilities and allowances for the 2022 financial year.
In addition, it was also approved by a public accountant to audit the company’s financial statements and the MSME funding program for the 2022 financial year and the amendment to the company’s articles of association was also approved.
“The GMS also agreed that there would be no change in the composition of the company’s management. The existing board of directors remained unchanged,” said Arsal.
