Technician, job framework for supervisors and technical assistants
The Hérault Valley Community of Communes (28 communes – 43,000 inhabitants – 15 minutes from Montpellier), an attractive and rapidly expanding territory, which benefits, near the Montpellier metropolis, from a remarkable landscape and heritage setting, a rich and varied range of services and leisure activities and great tourist attractiveness.
Within the Development – Environment division, you integrate the buildings – infrastructure department, which is responsible for the implementation of community investment projects and maintenance work on community assets. It is made up of 17 agents including the manager.
You ensure that optimal conditions for the use of community built heritage are maintained and participate in the management of service intervention requests.
Provide assistance in the technical management of community built heritage
– Provide assistance in the technical management of equipment: monitoring, supervision and monitoring of technical installations of equipment related to:
* the comfort of occupants (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, domestic hot water, furniture),
* accessibility (elevator, access control)
* building security (alarm, electricity, health and regulatory controls
– Centralize requests for intervention from different departments: inventory, summary of requests, evaluation of potential responses in terms of work or supply,
– Assist and advise building users
– Participate in updating equipment health records
Carry out business monitoring
– Plan and monitor the work of companies in different trades (preparation of quotes, making appointments, coordination with services, work report).
– Participate in administrative and budgetary management: drafting purchase orders, monitoring invoicing, stock management
