Quantities (supplies and services), nature and extent (works): the construction works relate to the construction of a new school group composed of: 6 classes (2 nursery classes + 4 elementary classes); 2 optional classes (1 nursery class + 1 elementary class); after-school care for 85 children; of a school canteen. The estimated amount of the construction work is set at euros (excluding VAT) 4,104,450 euros excluding taxes, or 4,925,340 euros (including taxes), including technical fees (project management fees, various BET, technical controller , SPS coordinators and soil survey).
