Recently, Gian 84 became a hot topic by drawing scenes of pinpointing the current government’s real estate issues several times through the Naver webtoon’The King of Restoration’. Most netizens responded that they were good at reflecting reality. However, some criticisms have come out of saying that he was’excessively satirizing politics’.
In addition, Gian 84 purchased a commercial building in Seokchon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul in 2019 for about 4.6 billion won, and the news that the building has earned a market margin of about 1.4 billion won in less than a year said, “Why is the building owner drawing this? Some pointed out that the beneficiary is not entitled to criticize.” In this regard, Kian 84 said in an interview, “When I was in my 20s, I was also a young man, and I was looking for a job.
