It has been two years since Bugatti set a record with the prototype Chiron Super Sport 300+ and crossed the 300 mph limit (482 km / h). The French car set a record of 304,773 miles per hour (490.4km / h) and later announced that it would make a special series of 30 cars to be available to some of Bugatti’s most important customers.
It seems that now the first eight of them are ready and the brand decided to brag about it. Despite the 300+ model designation, the production Chiron Super Sport 300+ is limited to “barely” 275 miles per hour or 442 km / h. The changes compared to the standard Chiron are expressed in some elements for better aerodynamics, the most noticeable of which is the elongated rear.
Under the hood of the Super Sport 300+ again runs a petrol 8.0-liter W16 with four turbines, but with increased power of 1578 horsepower.
