The Buenos Aires stock market rose 2.33% today, mainly driven by the papers of the energy and banking sectors, while the shares of Argentine companies (ADRs) listed in New York closed with ups and downs.
In the local market, the profits of the companies that are part of the leading panel were led by Transportadora de Gas del Norte (6.14%); BYMA (4.68%); Ternium (4.13%); Central Port (3.47%); and BBVA Argentina (3.38%); while the only decrease was for Transener (-0.90%).
On Wall Street, the shares of Argentine firms closed the day with mixed results: the rises were led by Loma Negra (2.1%); BBVA Argentina (2%); Galicia Financial Group (2%); Macro Bank (1.7%); and Central Puerto (1.5%); and the falls were recorded by Despegar (-3.8%); Globant (-1.8%); Mercadolibre (-1.1%); America Corporation (-0.9%); and Tenaris (-0.8%).

In the fixed-income segment, bonds in dollars ended with increases of 55 cents on average throughout the curve, while bonds in pesos adjusted for CER closed with increases of 0.5% on average.
Within this framework, the country risk advanced 1.4% to settle at 2,617 basis points.
