CANCUN, Q. ROO.- Almost a month before the start of the NBA season, the Celtics remain in first place in the Eastern Conference and with the best record in the entire league. However, they will have to test their ability against the Bucks, the team with the best active streak, but with a recent negative history against their next rival.

Of the last 10 games between Boston and Milwaukee, the former have won six times and lost four. The first game of this campaign will be at TD Garden, a field where the Bucks have not won since the Conference Semifinals in May 2022.

The Celtics arrive with 11 wins and three losses, they are undefeated at home (5-0). They also only have two losses against conference rivals. They are the third best defense, with 106.6 points allowed per game and the second most rebounds (47.4). Despite their loss against Charlotte at the beginning of the week, they are leaders in their sector.

While Milwaukee boasts a streak of five wins in a row (against the Wizards, Mavericks, Hornets, Bulls and Raptors), with a 10-4 mark at the start of the season, they are the third best offense (120.8 points on average) , added to Giannis Antetokoumpo and Brook Lopez, who are in the Top 5 in points scored and successful blocks respectively.
