The Ukrainian military completely liberated the city of Bucha near Kiev from Russian invaders. This was announced by the mayor Anatoly Fedoruk on Friday, April 1.

“March 31 will go down in the history of our settlement, the entire territorial community, as the day of liberation from Russian orcs, from Russian invaders by our Armed Forces of Ukraine, our settlements. Therefore, today I state that this day is joyful and a great victory,” said Mayor Fedoruk .

Earlier on Friday, it became known that a significant part of the invaders left Bucha. At the same time, it was noted that it is still dangerous for evacuated local residents to return there due to the presence of enemy sabotage groups and mine traps.

Also today AFU liberated the village of Ivankov in the Kiev region. This settlement in the Vyshgorod region was occupied from the first days of the war. Since March 4, there has been no Internet and mobile communications.
