BTS’s Jungguk tested positive for Covid-19 in the US

SEOUL, March 29 (Yonhap) — Bangtan Boys (BTS) member Jungguk tested positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) on Tuesday in the United States, according to the announcement posted on Weverse by the media house. Big Hit Music production.

Jungguk left for the United States on March 27 to attend the 64th Grammy Awards. He had had a negative PCR test result before boarding. He is currently in isolation and undergoing treatment.

His production house noted that “Jungguk only has a slight sore throat. We will closely monitor his condition during his isolation,” adding “His participation in activities in the United States will be determined by local regulations.”

With this contamination, the seven members of BTS have all been infected with Covid-19 since December 2021. J-Hope is currently in isolation at his home in South Korea.

BTS plans to hold four concerts in Las Vegas, USA on April 8, 9, 15, and 16. The septet will also attend the 64th Annual Grammy Awards on April 3 in Las Vegas.
