BTS Suga’s Solo Album ‘D-Day’ Tops Japan’s Oricon Weekly Digital Album Chart

According to the latest chart released by Oricon on the same day, ‘D-Day’, an album released by Suga under the stage name August D on the 21st, recorded 5,468 weekly downloads, ranking first in the digital album rankings this week. .

‘D-Day’ also reached the top of Oricon’s daily album chart, selling more than 110,000 copies right after its release.

‘D-Day’, released by Suga under the name August D, is a solo album released in about three years since the 2020 mixtape ‘D-2’. It is also the finale of a trilogy starting with the mixtape ‘August D’ released in 2016.

Suga was in charge of writing, composing, and producing all songs on the album, and IU, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and J-Hope participated.
