RM of BTS group is doing well in global charts with his first official solo album ‘Indigo’.
According to the latest ranking released by Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming company, on December 8 (local time) (counting period December 2 to 8), “Indigo” ranked 7th in the “Weekly Top Albums Global”. In the “Weekly Top Song Global” chart, the album’s title song “Wildflower View (with Cho Yoo-jin)” ranked 35th with 16.88 million streams, and the next song “Still Life ( with Anderson .Paak)” ranked number 182 with 7.59 million streams.
‘Indigo’ is also getting a good response in the UK music market. This album ranked 45th in ‘Official Album Chart Top 100’, ‘Album Download Top 100’, 4th in ‘Album Streaming Top 100’, 41st in ‘Album Sales’ in the latest UK Official Charts (9- December 15) 55 on the top 100. The title song “Wildflowers” ranked 8th on the “Top 100 Download Singles” and 10th on the “Top 100 Single Sales”.
Also, according to Hanteo Chart, a website that aggregates national album sales, “Indigo” topped the weekly album chart in the first week of its release (December 2-8).
Meanwhile, on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Song Global” chart, “Dreamers”, which Jungkook participated in, ranked 36th and held the top spot for 3 consecutive weeks.
