On the 21st, Jungkook of the group BTS released 4 additional remix versions of his solo single ‘Seven’, his agency Big Hit Music announced on the same day.
There are four remix sound sources released this time: ‘Island’, ‘Nightfall’, ‘Festival’, and ‘Lofi’.
“Island” is an arrangement reminiscent of a resort, adding a free atmosphere by utilizing Afro Pop rhythms.
The ‘Nightfall’ mix showed a dark yet romantic charm by utilizing the string instrument’s pizzicato technique, and the ‘Festival’ mix was reborn with an atmosphere suitable for a festival with the addition of intense EDM (Electronic Dance Music) sound.
The ‘lo-fi’ mix is an arranged version of the ‘lo-fi hip-hop’ genre that combines jazz sound and hip-hop.
‘Seven’, released on the 14th, is Jungkook’s first official solo song, a summer song that contains a confession that he wants to be with his loved one all week long.
