BTN Ready to Finance KPR 10,000 TNI AD Soldier Homes Per Year Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk forged a strategic partnership with the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI-AD).

Through this cooperation, the Bank BTN will finance KPR around 10,000 houses per year for the members TNI AD.

President Director Bank BTN Haru Koesmahargyo supports the mission of high-ranking Army officers who are very concerned about the needs of their soldiers to live in.

This mission is in line with the duties carried out by Bank BTN to provide decent homes for the Indonesian people through the One Million Houses program.

Haru is optimistic that this commitment can be achieved because Bank BTN has more than 44 years of experience in distributing KPR as well as a strong corporate network in the housing sector.

In this collaboration, Bank BTN will also manage and optimize the Army Housing Compulsory Savings Fund (TWP-AD).

The company will also provide many consumer credit services, including mortgage loans (KPR) for members of the TNI-AD.

There are two credit schemes offered. First, the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility KPR (FLPP) with an interest rate of 5 percent, 1 percent down payment, and Rp 4 million down payment assistance.

For this KPR scheme, BTN allocates distribution for 7,000-8,500 units per year.

Second, the TWP-AD KPR program which has cheaper installments over a long term and low interest rates.

KPR TWP-AD provides an interest rate of 5.25 percent, a term of up to 30 years, and a down payment starting at 0 percent.

For this KPR program, Bank BTN allocate disbursement for 1,500-3,000 units per year.

Director of Consumer and Commercial Banking of Bank BTN Hirwandi Gafar said that in addition to the two types of KPR, this partnership also opens opportunities for members of the Indonesian Army to access the BTN Patriot Lightweight Loan (KRING) service. KPR BTN Patriot, and Mortgage Takeover.
