Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of Bank BTN (BBTN) approved the appointment of Nixon LP Napitupulu as President Director of Bank BTN replacing Haru Koesmahargyo. Previously Nixon served as Deputy Main Director of Bank BTN.
Furthermore, the shareholders also agreed to appoint Oni Febriarto Rahardjo as Deputy Main Director replacing Nixon LP Napitupulu and Hakim Putratama as Director of Institutional Banking.
Meanwhile, there is no change in the company’s Board of Commissioners.
“We thank you for the dedication and services from Mr. Haru while serving as the Main Director of Bank BTN,” said Nixon at the BBTN AGMS, Thursday (16/3/2023).
As for composition of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company the new one as follows:
- President director : Nixon LP Napitupulu
- vice director : Oni Febriarto Rahardjo
- Director Consumer : Hirwandi Ghafar
- Finance Director : Nofry Rony Poetra
- Director Human Capital, Compliance and Legal : Eko Waluyo
- Asset Management Director : Elisabeth Novie Riswanti
- IT Director & Digital : Andi Nirwoto
- Director of Distribution and Funding : Jasmin
- Director of Risk Management : Setiyo Wibowo
- Director of Institutional Banking : Hakim Putratama
While scomposition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners do not change as follows:
