Re: The invitation to a meeting on April 10, 2021 on the topic of past elections and stabilization of the party
MRS NINOVA,
We politely thank you for this invitation, but it is already irretrievably late because the time to speak with you has expired. Time for an immediate RESIGNATION accompanied by an apology to all socialists! Your remaining in the post of chairman is fatal for the political existence of the oldest Bulgarian party – BSP.
You are right in saying that our party has had ups and downs. It is true, but the Bulgarian socialists, Mrs. Ninova, have never lost election by its own chairman.
With your actions, you gifted the victory to GERB, and with your inadequate decisions, you brought the BSP to the status of an insignificant political entity. You don’t have the moral right to ask for more trust through staged events like this meeting invitation.
We cancel the meeting, because in the last four years we have repeatedly invited you to a frank discussion. We thought that the dialogue should be maintained, as we have responsible tasks to solve. We thought that communication should not be interrupted because BSP is a common cause. We believed that in an open and direct conversation we could clear up misunderstandings and work for the success of the Party, which we understood as salvation for Bulgaria. Instead, we encountered a brutal, anti-comrade and vindictive attitude.
We refuse to have a conversation with you, because we wanted one when we came to Positano 20. Then you demonstrated your complete disregard for the legitimate Plovdiv leadership. What’s more, you organized a scheming campaign to discredit the Plovdiv asset, which is the backbone of all elections:

With media lies, you tried to carry out a creeping coup in the Plovdiv party organization;

You imposed a decision to confiscate the party property of the BSP – Plovdiv;

You have completely replaced the leaves;

You have appointed a parallel election headquarters in Plovdiv.
You wrapped all of this in another batch of lies, and in the middle of the election campaign you harnessed the official press center of the BSP, which distributed a compromising memo against the BSP – Plovdiv with an explicit instruction that it be published in the media (we attach a screenshot of the email). Journalists say that similar slurs are regularly sent against President Rumen Radev. This is as unworthy and vile as it is damaging the authority of the entire Party, which is why there is only one way out – Yours immediate resignation.
MRS NINOVA,
Ignoring our warnings, you made a total mistake by demonstrating totalitarian behavior by trampling on democratic procedures in the BSP and the Statute.
The BSP does not need a chairman whose management style is described by the formula “Rapid privatization and lightning liquidation”, disguised with suggestions for the “Ninova course”, for the “Ninova line”, for the “Ninova policy”.
Spare us the humiliation in society and vacate the post of chairman to preserve at least your human dignity and the dignity of our Party.
In short – you showed your totality and lost totally! Now is the time to take responsibility for your behavior.
Not the resignation of the Executive Bureau, which you used as a fig leaf for your own interests, but only your resignation can convince the rank-and-file socialists of the word RESPONSIBILITY! The road to stabilization of the BSP begins with personal responsibility.
The regional structures of BSP – Plovdiv will thoroughly analyze the reasons and factors for the shameful loss in the next few days. They will be summarized at a meeting of the City Council on April 15, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The leader of the list of “BSP for Bulgaria” in Plovdiv-city is interested in getting to know the conclusions in depth.
All this further argues for our rejection of a formal political mass, as the Positano 20 meeting is shaping up to be tomorrow.
