The BSP is discussing two names for the head of the parliament. The socialists are choosing between Natalia Kiselova and Petar Kanev, it became clear from an interview of the youth BSP chairman Gabriel Valkov in “Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov” on Nova TV. He confirmed that these are the candidates that the BSP will condemn tomorrow at a plenum, a coalition council and a meeting of its parliamentary group. At the end of Sunday, the BSP nomination will be clear.
“Standart” recalls that the insidious plan of “Promyanata”, which was revealed this week, is to support Kislova, who is their person, in order to trip Raya Nazaryan from GERB. In its efforts to control the parliament, the PP-DB held talks about this with both ITN and Vazrazhdane.
Valkov stated that if the election of the speaker of the parliament was very difficult, the BSP would be a “normal parity” and would enter into “conversations” with the other parties.
Boyko Borisov repeated several times, however, that the speaker of the parliament must be from the first political force – GERB, and this position is not subject to comment, since it is a basic principle in parliamentarism.
