/ world today news/ Five days before the meeting of the National Assembly, the chairperson stated unequivocally that “we categorically support the government and the policy of Prime Minister Kiril Petkov”. As always, Ninova put the National Assembly in front of a fait accompli, made all discussions pointless and predetermined a decision made duplicitously by the poisonous Ninova-Metodiev duo. The National Assembly, as the governing body of the BSP, is completely marginalized and largely traded. The replacement of A. Zafirov with B. Gutsanov as org. secretary will not hold back the landslide of the collapse of the BSP.
Against this background, yesterday the National Assembly of the BSP “took a position” to “develop a program for managing the state within the current coalition” by the end of the year “in order to overcome the crises”?!
Apparently the comrades prefer to keep their eyes wide closed to the obvious truth that there is NO such coalition, that people see only four hopelessly mired in lies and intrigues for money and power “players”, cynically mocking their expectations of another quality parliament, government and politics. And with disastrous long-term consequences for the country.
The truly responsible solution is another:
1. Immediate withdrawal of BSP ministers from the cabinet subordinate to the Petkov-Vasilev self-government;
2. Principal support in the National Assembly for the updating of the budget and the adoption of urgent bills;
3. A categorical position for extraordinary parliamentary elections this fall;
4. Immediate convening of a meeting of the 50th BSP Congress!
The refusal of the leaders of “Positano” 20 to subordinate their behavior to the interests of the country by remaining attached to their assigned seats of power inevitably leads to the final collapse of the remnants of trust in the BSP, which has been degraded to a “leadership project” as a viable mass political party. As a political force capable of expressing and realizing people’s expectations for a return to a nationally responsible and socially engaged alternative!
One thing is certain – for such a betrayal of the highest national interests, the heaviest possible responsibility is borne, which cannot be passed by Kornelia Ninova personally, as well as her subordinate party leadership!
