“There will be no coalition government with the PP-DB. They have already demonstrated their disrespect for us. Obviously, for them there is no past, no history, history begins with them. Many other options are possible without them,” commented BSP municipal councilor Vanya Grigorova in the studio of “The Day ON AIR”.
“Terziev spoke against the “assembly”, but he also said that the “assembly” is extremely effective and it is good to have it. This will be the justification for them to start governing together with GERB. We see how they are fighting each other within the National Assembly and the Ministerial Assembly council. It is important to vote on our reports and proposals that we promised in the election campaign. We are not a formation similar to GERB, which single-handedly pushes down the decisions. By now, we could have had a chairman of the SOS, if that was the goal of the rulers.” Grigorova added.
She pointed out that for the first time she saw with such intensity “current rulers justifying their helplessness with the opposition”. Grigorova is of the opinion that there are problems in individual sectors of the municipal economy and they must be solved.
“In the first meetings, Mr. Terziev complained that the municipality would lose BGN 200-240 million if BGN 77 million were not paid for already completed activities. We asked for documents to see if this was the case and it turned out not to be f. These funds can and should come from the state budget, and they are not BGN 77 million, but BGN 32 million. Terziev lied about BGN 45 million and did not provide documents for this. He is racketeering, manipulating and wants to show that we are irresponsible,” said Grigorova on the air of Bulgaria ON AIR.
She reported that they asked the BSP for information on the financial status of the municipal companies, but they have not received it for the second month.
“Public urban transport is subsidized everywhere in the EU. In our country, the subsidy has been frozen for two years. It is good for Mr. Vassilev to open his ears and, when he brags about a low deficit, say what it was achieved thanks to, namely on the back of the Bulgarian worker,” said Grigorova.
