BSP leader Kornelia Ninova declares instability in all three authorities in Bulgaria

“Today it is obvious that the legislative power is not working. The parliament is blocked and not only from today, but for more than a year and a half.

Executive – none, because there is no working regular government. There is an office, but it is temporary.

Ninova began her declaration from the parliamentary rostrum by explaining that the children also know that Bulgaria is in crisis, and that statehood rests on three pillars – legislative, executive and judicial power, and that the basic principle of democracy is mutual control between these authorities.

She explained that the legislative power must first be stabilized, that is, the parliament should not be dissolved.

“He, for his part, had to stabilize the executive power by establishing a working government, and thirdly, judicial reform should be carried out, which would guarantee the justice and stability of the judicial system,” said Ninova.

As “theatre” she described the events of the past month. The BSP has so far overseen the first and second political forces in the 49th National Assembly (NA) – the GERB-SDS and PP-DB coalitions, “to play“.

She congratulated the PP-DB for making a legislative program, but explained that there were neither commissions nor laws for the parliament to adopt. There was no managerial majority to make decisions.

“You assigned roles. Delyan Dobrev spoke against Asen Vassilev in the morning, and Mr. Zhelyazkov praised him in the evening and said, “Asen is a good financier,” said Ninova, and Zhelyazkov apostrophized her that he praised him in the morning as well.

However, Ninova also made a cult comparison about what is currently happening between GERB-SDS and PP-DB.

“Colleagues, let me make a joke, but it’s true. There is a cult Bulgarian film – “Orchestra bez ime”. There, Goshko beats some drums from morning to night, but his uncle Pesho tells him: Gosho, stop it. Rehearsals from morning to evening, but the hens stopped laying”.

This is what you do – you create noise, some kind of background noise… but it doesn’t work out for you. All day long you beat some drums, go on TV, make trouble in people’s heads… no one knows what you are doing.

“Mr. Borisov is the king of bringing everyone into a common group and all of us being masks. We have experienced this so many times. Borisov is a good manipulator, but PP surpassed everyone“, she said and quoted Borisov’s words from yesterday that he wished the PP-DB success in the second term and that they find support from others, as well as their answer that if the BSP revises some of its positions on Ukraine, the Eurozone, they will support them .

“Why do you allow yourself to speak on behalf of the BSP? From what position do you allow yourself to impose conditions on the BSP? Give up your ideology, erase from your face the whole image of a party for so long and you, the recruits, tell us “refuse you are from everything – ideology, program, and support us somehow,” Ninova said.

“The chaos is complete. PP were not late, but crossed all kinds of limitsshe snapped.

“We will not be a spare tire on any scooter. I say scooter because you don’t sound like a serious vehiclewho will pull Bulgaria out of the crises”, Ninova addressed the first two political forces.

She also revealed that Ivan Krastev from the BSP, who was nominated by the PP-DB for the position of Minister of Labor and Social Policy in the “Denkov” design officeneither informed the BSP of his decision, nor was his decision discussed.
