Rising star Bryce Aron will take his Indy NXT career to new heights as he joins HMD Motorsports for his second season in 2025. After a promising rookie season with Andretti Global that saw the 21-year-old Illinois native secure two podium finishes, Aron is aiming to become a title contender with one of the series’ most dominant teams.
“I am extremely excited to be joining HMD Motorsports for the 2025 Indy NXT season,” said Aron. “The goal is nothing less than winning the championship and I believe that this is possible together with HMD. I’m looking forward to getting started with the team in IMS this week.”
HMD Motorsports, which won the Indy NXT Championship titles in both 2022 and 2023, is known for developing top talent and the addition of Aron further strengthens their already impressive roster. Team president Mike Maurini expressed confidence in Aron’s potential: “Bryce has continued to improve throughout the 2024 season and we are very confident that he can be at the front of the field week after week. Experience is key in the Indy NXT program and Bryce enters his second season with experience at every venue we will compete in the 2025 season.”
As Aron prepares to make his mark on HMD Motorsports, his focus remains firmly on winning the 2025 championship and building on the momentum he gained during his rookie year. His journey continues this week at Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the Chris Griffis Test, where he will begin his preparations for the upcoming season.
