Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that all necessary measures are being taken to eliminate the terrorists who caused the events in Bryansk.
Peskov said: “It is not yet possible to say whether the events in Bryansk will affect the nature of the military operation in Ukraine.”
He added that President Vladimir Putin receives continuous reports from the security services and the governor of the region regarding the attack of Ukrainian militants in Bryansk province.
He pointed out that Putin canceled his scheduled visit to the Stavropol Territory, and it is not planned to hold a meeting of the National Security Council today, while the president is expected to participate in a regular meeting on Friday.
