The film The Upside gets a sequel. Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart will also play the leading roles in that part. “We’re working on the next installment,” Cranston said in the podcast Club Random.
The Upside is an American remake of the French hit film Untouchables. In it, Cranston plays a billionaire who lives on Park Avenue in New York. He was paralyzed in a paragliding accident.
Comedian Kevin Hart’s character is a convicted felon who is allowed to leave prison and needs a new job. The billionaire, in need of care, hires him.
The original Untouchables was a huge success. The film grossed 392 million euros worldwide.
