Hamburg – Brutal attack on a money messenger who was on the way back to his money transporter!
The robber was apparently lying in wait for his victim in the evening in Hamburg with a pistol. The money messenger had left the yellow money transport vehicle of the “Prosegur” company in a turning hammer and was picking up the proceeds from shops in the Billstedt Center on foot.

As the money messenger was on his way back to the vehicle, the robber suddenly shot at him and hit him in the head with his pistol. He then took the suitcase of money from his victim and fled with his loot.

Several patrol cars immediately rushed up and the “Libelle” police helicopter took off. A large-scale search for the perpetrator began on the ground and from the air – without success. The perpetrator escaped.

According to police, the amount of the loot is still unknown. The police are investigating. Images from surveillance cameras installed in the area are also evaluated.
The money messenger was slightly injured in the attack.
