West Bank: Maisoon Musa Al-Jabali, who was released under the terms of the extradition agreement, has revealed that he was tortured for years in an Israeli prison. She said that after the October 7 attack, torture intensified and she served the longest prison sentence.

Often brutally beaten. He was kept in solitary confinement and gassed. The jailers said that they were free to do whatever they wanted and that they had been instructed to do so from above. The amount of food was also reduced. They said that only 10 meals were allowed for 80 women prisoners.

Maisoon, 28, was arrested on June 29, 2015 for allegedly assaulting a female soldier near Bethlehem. He was a student of English literature at Al Quds University at that time. While serving a 15-year prison sentence, he wanted to join Al-Quds Open University and complete his studies, but the Israeli authorities did not allow him.

Later he graduated in social service. Maisoon, who was released and reached the West Bank on Saturday, said that her goal is to get higher education.
