While construction sites have multiplied in Brussels, it is the turn of the De Brouckère block to begin its transformation.
In recent years, the City of Brussels has carried out a series of major works to revive several central districts on its territory: the pedestrian zone, the redevelopment of the Place de la Monnaie, the renovation and the easing of traffic in the district of Quays, without forgetting the creation of the Kanal-Center Pompidou museum. Now, the last major project on its list is the redevelopment of the De Brouckère block, carried in equal parts by the property developers BPI Real Estate and Immobel.
