Central, 39, reported “friendly termination” via Instagram
On Thursday, Portuguese international defender Bruno Alves made his friendly termination official with Famalicão, the Bwin League club with which he had signed a contract for the 2021/22 season.
“I hereby communicate an amicable termination with Famalicão. I take this opportunity to wish them success and that they reach their goals. From this moment on I am a free player”, wrote the 39-year-old central, in his personal account on the social network Instagram.
Bruno Alves, who had ended his contract with Parma at the end of last season, signed a two-year contract with Famalicão and may return to Italian football, to represent Crotone.
Remember that last week, coach Ivo Vieira had announced, in a press conference, that Bruno Alves left the Famalicenses for personal decision and that the matter was “outdated and closed”, guaranteeing, however, that “nothing happened”.
