On Friday, the Die Hard actor’s wife Emma Hemming Willis took to Instagram to share an adorable video of her oldest daughter Mabel dancing with her father.
The 10-year-old girl can be seen dancing to Lizzo’s song “About Damn Time” as Willis, 67, tries to copy the moves.
Earlier this year, the action star’s family announced via social media that he had been diagnosed with aphasia and would be retiring from his decade-long career. Aphasia is a medical condition that can affect a person’s ability to speak, write and understand language, both spoken and written.
In the statement, his relatives explained that the condition was “affecting his cognitive abilities” and revealed that “this is a really difficult time for all of them”.
It was signed by Hemming, his ex-wife Demi Moore and his five children.
Since then, 44-year-old Hemming has been open about her struggles with her husband’s illness.
“I put my family’s needs before my own, which I’ve come to realize doesn’t make me any hero,” the model told The Bump. “It affected my mental and overall health,” she shared.
Last week, she posted a video of Willis standing atop Nakatomi Square – the site of Die Hard – 34 years after it was released.
